Its a good storyline I think as it covers a real life situation. Sad to see his character go though!
I am sorry to see Joe go, more heartache for Gail, he started off well but they turned him into a not a very nice character. I think its a great pity they didnt let him develop and yet characters like Janis Battersmouth and Div Alahan who are well past their sell by are kept on and on and on.
Gail is turning into the Black Widow Spider of t'Street (move over Rita Sullivan!) First first hubby Brian gets knifed, third hubby Richard drowns in the canal and now this.
buh bye to one of the worst characters ever on this soap imho.
