Marmite. You either love it you don't, so they say, and judging by the comments left on the blog, views on Aunty Pam are much the same. Some of you love her, and some of you agree with those over at the Guardian talkboard. Ooh, I wouldn't dare tell you what they call her over there. What is it about Aunty Pam that you either love, or you don't?

I like Aunty Pam. She's quirky and has a good sense of humour. I like her and Bill together too; it's good to see that she is now a character in her own right, and not just an extension of Molly.
I think Corrie have a quite a few Marmite characters actually.
Surely the reasons why people either love Pam or hate her are very much the same thing? Personally? I love her! She is cheery and fun. I do hope that her and Bill become an established partnership because their 'romance' storyline was rather good.
All together now; "It's only Pam!"
Actually, I'm indifferent to Pam. I like her enough, but I don't know that I love her. She can be irritating sometimes, but I don't hate her.
But I do hate Marmite! The only thing worse than Marmite is Vegemite!!!
I hate her! she's not endearing or funny, she's another annoying appendage to the queen of annoying molly! Argh! Everytime she comes on i think "Oh just go awaayyyyy". I am getting a little wound up about this, i know, but the thought of "Mee-shell" also coming back to the rovers with all of the hands over her mouth, folded arms, sarcastic eye rolling, looking into the middle distance, and lip pursing, is too much to bear. Oh god, molly is back soon too... Argh!
WE LOVE "ANTIE PAM". Nice to see the gorgeous Bill Webster enjoying himself too!
I dont mind Auntie Pam but they need to make her less one dimensional, these Del Boy antics have been exhausted now and are not funny. Give her some storylines with Bill Webster.
I like her romance thing.
I too am nonchalant when it comes to Aunty Pam.
In other news, I love Marmite!
Aunty Pam is the best thing on Corrie and I know I speak for the many. Please give her more storylines - we miss her.

I love Auntie Pam! Much like i love marmite!
"S'only Pam!" :)
Love marmite but no time for Auntie Pam. A thinly drawn one-dimensional character that was brought in to fulfil a role and now that job's done is thrashing around for something to do. I assume she's been kept on as a comic character. Unfortunately I don't find her in the least bit funny.
THE MATURE CORRIE FANS GROUP SAID!
I can't stand Marmite - but fortunately love Pam.
One of the best new charaters to come to Corrie. Can't understand why Ms Anthony hasn't been nominated for any best new characters awards or funniest character!
Each to their own I guess, but I couldn't dissagree with Sunny Jim any more than I do.
Keep it coming Pammie - you are the tops. Too much young kid stuff on Corrie and we need more Norris, Pam and Blanche ... now what a trio that would be.
I think it's safe to say that the latest fill of Pam has been just brilliant.
I can't stand Marmite but I could keep on spreading Pam over and over again now.
More Pam stuff please writers.
