Katherine Kelly has flown out to Romania today to join Julie Hesmondhalgh and David Neilson as they begin filming for the Coronation Street spin-off DVD, Romanian Holiday, reports ITVCorrie on twitter.

Glad to see that ITV have all the money to spend on futile spin-offs due to getting rid of so many good actors!!
All these spin offs bomb, I am not interested at all in seeing it! What is the point of them?
Maybe the fact that three exceptional actors are involved will make this one a little less pedestrian?
