Hopefully this will result in some clarification about what's going on with the salon. I understand that during lockdowns it made no sense to film on that set, but I really can't reconcile myself to the idea that Audrey owns the barbers but doesn't have any stake in the salon that bears her name, yet Maria owned half the salon and was content to work in the barbers instead.
I suppose it makes marginally more sense than Underworld's ownership model, but that's not saying much for it.
Jeanie (anon): Yay!! Love Claudia. She is hilarious with Ken, Audrey, and so many others. Her putdowns, in that drawling, aristocratic, campy voice, are on a Blanche level but with a totally different style.
I hope they make a better job of Claudia's return than they did with Sharon's. Big fanfare, big let-down. This will also be a way of reintroducing Ken as he has been absent for a quite a while.
He was poorly with Covid
I love Claudia! I sure hope she doesn't return as a 'secret madam' who is now running a brothel, using the salon as a front...X
