Loveable rogue?!! Surely you mean vindictive murderous rapist. Good riddance.
You have to admit he was /is a terrific actor. The way he played Phelan was great, menacing and yet at times with a soft centre. Good luck in all you do Connor.
He was definitely the best baddy that there's been for a while. What he got away with was highly suspect but that's soaps for you. Coronation Street deserves it's gong for best soap. The story lines have been gripping. Though I would like to see a bit more comedy scenes now and that goes for the other soaps as well .
