Welcome to Wednesday's edition of the Coronation Street Blog and the first of tonight's two-episode blog reviews.
Roy is all psyched up and disguised in preparation to bring down faux 'mystic meg', Rosemary.
Angered by Rosemary's sullying of Hayley's memory, Roy decides to head on down to her latest psychic event, with Cathy, in tow. Feeling randy (James Randi, that is) will Roy's sceptic theory prove Rosemary to in fact be a 'smooth criminal', and will her real accomplice be discovered?.
I think Gail's 'curse' may well continue...
Drug-busting cocaine heroin(e) Rosie Webster is reaping the accolades following the collapse of Antoine's fashion shoot crime capers. With ITV giving a Sally a call (fourth wall broken) she informs Rosie that 'Phil and Holly' of the TV show 'This Morning' want to interview her!!
At the hospital, Nicola and Eileen are both seeking positive futures following Phelan's downfall. With Gary remaining adamant that he wants to be a part of baby Zach's life, will Nicola even want to stay in Weatherfield?.
In other news... Kirk goes clothes shopping with Sharon, Steve gives life lessons to baby Zach, and Cathy has some memorable advice; 'Mobility scooters and Zebra crossings, don't mix!'.
A hilarious first episode tonight. Post-Phelan's revenge, I'm feeling rather positive (although Eileen and Liz identifying his body did make me feel slightly bereft).
Anyway, that's me done for another week.
