Best news in ages: Eileen leaving. Shame it's not permanent though.

I hope Toyah is eventually arrested for[Perhaps the Connors will call the police?]for keeping Johnny's grandchild.
Was another affair story line with Liz really necessary ?On the week Johnny lays Aidan to rest?Very bad taste from the writers!
Poor Jenny!

Toyah hasn't done anything illegal. Susie's mother has placed the child in her care
Lying about paternity isn't a crime.

They cannot charge Toyah or even Eva for that matter with anything - they have not done anuthing illegal.
Did they lie ...yes Did they hide the truth...yes But these are not against the law.
They thought they were acting in everyone's best interest: Eva did not want the baby, Aidan did not believe he was the father, Toyah and Peter wanted a child and although unbeknowst to Peter had just suffered a miscarriage by the surrogate. Toyah and Eva were not in their right minds when they made the initial pact...but Toyah kept giving Eva the oppurtunity to back out.
It is just a sad situation all around that everyone knew would end in tears.

It's reasonable that Aidan would want a DNA test since Eva was sleeping with Adam at the same time but it doesn't change the fact that both Eva and Toyah committed a crime and that is custodial interference as Susie was given away without her father's consent hence my belief they should be arrested.
