Alan Halsall tweeted this morning "Lucy-Jo & I are delighted to announce the arrival of our little girl
born this morning. Mother & baby are home with a very proud Father", announcing the birth of their baby girl born earlier today.Mom and baby are well and are resting at home.

And here I was thinking that was why he has been MIA on the street for so long. Thought maybe he was on leave due to the arrival of his new baby. Glad to see him back though, missed him.
