There's no prizes for guessing so don't ring in, it's just for fun.
Can you guess who this actress is and what part she now plays on Coronation Street?

If I tell you who it is, will you promise to get rid of Becky McDonald?
Of course I know who it is...It's Norris no sorry, it's no other than Stephanie Cole and I can see a touch of Frost no sorry, a touch of Roy in her eyes ha ha!
I would have said she looked like Lynn Perrie a bit but you said she's in the show now so I"m going with 'er that plays Sylvia. The actress's name escapes me at the moment.
Sylvia, Roy's mum.
Yep it's Stephanie Cole alright
Yeah, clearly too easy! But isn't it a wonderful picture? Taken in 1971 for a stage play she was doing.
Strange asking this as I typed her name Stephanie Cole into google, and the same picture was displayed. Take a look folks.substurl
Stephanie Cole? aka Sylvia, Roy's mum?
This is Patricia Stephanie Cole, who played a 90 year old Madame Arcati in Noel Coward's BLITHE SPIRIT. Six years ago when she was 63, she played the same role at the West end's Savoy Theatre when they rivived the play in 2004. She will be 70 on 5th October. I remember her well from watching TENKO about British women in Singapore after the Japanese Invasion and their consequent confinement in a Japanese prisoner of war camp. I am really enjoying watching her act on Corrie and I hope she stays on it for quite a long time. She reminds me slightly of Blanche as that is the way she went on by moaning at people. I enjoyed watching Norris get a taste of a cream cake, and she said 'We will not charge you for the cake' or something to that effect.
Spooky - she could readily be Hayley's mum!
thats what i thought i thought it was hailey!!!
I have just seen a glimpse of her in BLITHE SPIRIT shown today on the TV. Mind you, she was smiling on there unlike Corrie!
