Woohoo! Evil Geoff is going to get what's coming to him in a storyline that will play out over Coronation Street's 60th anniversary week.
In this week's fab Inside Soap magazine there's an 18 page Coronation Street special pull-out, it's definitely worth buying and in the shops now - and no, I'm not paid to say that. I love Inside Soap magazine!
Anyway, here's what they reveal about Corrie's 60th anniversary week spoilers as given to them direct from a Corrie spokesperson.
With Yasmeen on remand, charged with Geoff's attempted murder, the big week will see the end of her trial. Will justice be done? Or is the nightmare only just beginning for Yasmeen and Alya? Inside Soap revealed exclusively that the story will signal the end for Geoff, with star Ian Bartholemew, who plays him, hinting recently that his alter ego is "going to get it." About time too.
Elsewhere during the big anniversary week, we'll see the residents take on Ray Crosby in their attempt to stop him from bulldozing the cobbles and demolishing the street.
