The wardrobe lady at Corrie has advised the blog that the dress is from a place called ROCKERS in Manchester's northern quarter You pick the fabric in the shop and they make the clothing for you, so they might still have the pink cupcake fabric in there.
Also New Look have a similar range in there now, with 1950s dresses in colourful prints.
