Good God. Tracie Bennett has the voice of a 2 pack a day smoker! I can't imagine her portraying Judy Garland though no doubt she'll do a fine job otherwise.
There's a review here: http://www.guardian.co.uk/stage/2010/nov/23/end-of-the-rainbow-review-theatre
It only gets 3 stars but has this to say about Tracie: "But its only real virtue is that it gives Tracie Bennett a chance to offer an impressively plausible portrait of the doomed star both on and off stage"
"And, of course, there are always the songs, which Bennett delivers with the right mixture of emotional intensity and vocal bravura."

I thought she'd do a passable job, yes, but i had to chuckle thinking about her voice.
Strange that an actor you havent seen much and is not a singer gets a plum role. I knew someone that knew her and she was an awful woman alledgedly!
