It's baby naming ceremony day!
First though, Abi and her brief meet with Imran and Bad Boy Ben, but Ben refuses to play ball re: the perjury. The solicitor tells Abi that she can't use her evidence against Ben as it will be considered witness intimidation - and the case is over. Abi pretends to accept this and turns up at the naming ceremony and plays nice, taking photos of little Alfie that she then gives to an acquaintance who seems to be on the wrong side of the law - fake baby passport, anyone?
As an aside, Kelly and Leanne are life mentors (godless parents) for Alfie for him to "look to as he makes his way through life". I'm not sure I'd look to either of those two to be honest, unless you want instruction on slapping goths or burning down restaurants for the insurance.
Oh and Adam has had a haircut - but not a good one.
Fiz is worried about meeting Phil(l)'s friends, saying she gets flustered meeting new people. Didn't she once stand on top of the factory in her bra until Mike Baldwin agreed to use her designs? What happened to that Fiz-bomb? Also, I'm sure she used to have a moped so she shouldn't need Phil(l) to give her lifts from Chorlton-cum-Hardy (or wherever it's supposed to be) to Weatherfield. Anyway, the friends of Phil(l) turn out to be monsters as they bring up John Stape's court case. Even if you did recognise a defendant, you'd just gossip about it later, wouldn't you? Rather than ask someone what it's like to be the wife of a murderer. She runs out of Speed Daal and into Tyrone who takes her back for tea and sympathy although later, Fiz and Phil(l) make up.
Mrs C invites Daniel to apply for a permanent job at Weathy High. Given that as a work placement person, he is practically running the school, he'll be promoted to Deputy Head by the end of the school year. She also says that she has a "sister who is lying and vindictive with a stone where her heart should be", so I hope she turns up soon. Daniel has a bit of a pity-party in the Rovers about his family issues and so Naughty Nicki asks Tracy and Ken to forgive him.
It's Spring in Weatherfield - the hot tub is on - but Tim's sap isn't rising as he comes up with even more excuses to not spend time with our Sal. This becomes problematic as he wins a romantic night at the Chariot Hotel (he would have preferred the 2nd prize of a corporate box at Weathy County) and he ends up ordering some Voggle Viagra.
Oh and Max is let off in court but has to see a probation officer. Later, he finds out he's going to the Pupil Referral Unit. Have they built a new set?

After the way she berated and guilted Tyrone to sell HIS house so she and Phil can buy a bigger one,I enjoyed seeing Fiz squirm meeting Phil's friends and brought down a peg or two as she was an accessory to murder and did commit fraud.
Leanne as one of Alfie's'life coaches'really? She's as amoral as Toyah is!
Why not Roy as he is friends with both Toyah and Abi.
As for Abi wanting to flee with HER son, although I do not think it's a good idea,I do sympatheise with Abi's desperation as she knows that neither Toyah or Imram will allow her be a mother to her own son and feels she has no other choice.
ToyAH even had the gall to hold Abi's son during the naming ceremony instead of allowing Abi to do so,
