"Good bye Losers!!!"
And with that, Janice Battersby leaves Coronation Street. Leaving aside for a moment, the totally unrealistic fact that Trevor drunkenly snogs her and now fancies her, whisking her away to Spain and further afield, what did you think of her exit? I thought it was typical Janice and never thought for a second she and Leanne wouldn't make up before she went. She's never been a very nice person, really, though she could be very loyal to her family. She pushed away more than she took to her heart and she had a nasty gob on her most of the time but she was always there. (well, since 1997) Will you miss her? I think I will and I'm not the only one.

Poor Leanne, trying to tell Janice she was the one thing she could stay for. I was a bit surprised Jan told Trev to drive off instead of staying to talk to Leanne; glad Trev didn't listen.
I've always liked the relationship between Janice and Leanne. I'll miss that. Won't miss the gob though, which was there in living colour as they drove off, ha!

There was a bit of a bustup between Eileen and Janice though. And didn't Julie hold her back? I'd have to watch again to see.
Liked the exit a lot! It suits a Janice-type gobby, slightly trashy character. And no it's not incredible the BinMan falls for her... it's in the same realm as Carla falling for the BinMan and later making him a factory manager...
Too bad Carla and Sally wasn't in the crowd that got splashed -- the two of them deserved a proper good bye from Ol' Janice as well.
I loved Janice's biting tongue! She could slash you to ribbons with just one mouthful of lip! Loved the way she could cut Sally down to size really quick!
UNLIKE someone like Tracey, Janice kinda made you laugh, and she wasn't "evil" in her barbs. She just had a big mouth.
I'll miss her.

Bye Janice.........have a good time whereever you are going but don't come back too soon. For one brief moment I liked Janice when she and Dennis were in luv but then he died. That big fat gob, perpetual sneer and accent burned through my brain and my FF button soon wore out.........
