From Coronation Street to Brinkburn Street
There's a couple of interesting Coronation Street connections to the new BBC drama, 32 Brinkburn Street. It stars Eva Pope, who played evil cow Tanya Pooley, ex-Rovers Return barmaid. And it also stars Rebecca Callard, daughter of Beverley Callard who plays Corrie's Liz McDonald.

Isn't that also Toyah Battersby's rapist, Phil Simmonds, on the left?
It is indeed, I knew he looked familiar!
By 'eck that Tanya Pooley was a nasty one. Remember how she used to poke fun at Raquel? The episode when she left the street with Bet Lynch's boyfriend it took us a good hour to stop gossiping in work about it! Brilliant stuff
Janice Battersby's Trevor is also in it!!
