Tabloids are reporting today that Todd Grimshaw will be returning to Coronation Street - and a new actor will be cast in the role.
Bruno Langley originally played Todd and he left the show in 2017.
The return of Todd confirms this spoiler which Dan Brocklebank, who plays Billy the vicar, revealed a few weeks ago.

What??? How could they ever have anyone other than Bruno play Todd? Bring him back already :'(
I agree with CK! I adore Todd and his relationship with Billy and Summer, BUT Bruno Langley will ALWAYS be my Todd. No disrespect meant to whomever takes over the part. Forgiveness is not a sin and should be utilized more than ever in this day and age...X
I liked Bruno as Todd, but I'm glad they've decided to recast. Todd as a character still has a lot of potential, but after what Bruno did it wouldn't be right for him to come back. He's still on the sex offender's register and I don't think it would be fair on the women in the cast to expect them to be comfortable around him. I just hope the new Todd is the right fit!
Bruno will ALWAYS be Todd! Honestly recasting is just a waste of time and very disappointing.
