At the Ideal Home Show this year, there's a makeover of Ken and Deirdre's Coronation Street house.
You can find out how to win tickets to the show here.
And, thanks to fellow blogger Inside the Wendy House, we can now have a look inside the house and see some pictures of Ken and Deirdre's house that we've never seen before. There's pictures of the Barlow family bathroom (above), Tracy's bedroom and Amy's bedroom.
Well worth a look here.

Love how they represent the characters well :D
Brilliant!
Except that I always thought that side of the street only had two bedrooms.
I would love to know how they converted a two up, two down, outside loo into a 3 bedroom home with a bathroom which it didn't have when it was built, all done without even converting the loft. Nothing short of a miracle!
It looks like Amy's bed is on the opposite side of the room from Tracy's, same wallpaper... Or Tracy could have Blanche's room now. Most of the houses took the smallest "box" room and converted them to the bathrooms.
Erm, except that's NOT what Ken & Dierdre's room looks like. How ironic that it's now one of the few bedrooms we have had a peak inside.
Jack and Vera's being the other :D
Ken reads the Daily Torygraph? And not The Guardian?!
OMG do people still have advocado bathroom suites in 2011???
The whole house looks like something from the late 70's early 80's. Nothing like Ken and Deidre would have it! (We see a clip of their bedroom in their online bedtime story). Deidre does have bad taste granted(chain belts!) but please give her some credit.
And how old is Amy to be watching Glee....?
I don't think so!!!!
BTW what happened to the huge living room the writers/ designers added to the upstairs of the Rovers a few years back. It was so big it would have taken the upstairs of the whole street were it real. I'm sure when Steve and Becky were going upstairs they were really entering a Tardis. Then it was just dropped with just everybody cramped back downstairs again - what happened?
Amy's Glee-decorated bedroom is actually an authentic touch - we know she loves Glee, it was one of the things Becky and Tracy rowed about over Christmas and we saw Amy wearing a Glee cheerleader's outfit. She's a bit young for it, sure - but plenty of kids are allowed to watch shows that are too old for them!
