Highlights from the British Soap Awards

My personal highlights as a Coronation Street fan watching the British Soap Awards 2008 on telly this week were as follows:

Michelle Keegan, who plays Tina McIntyre, winning Best Newcomer Award. I know she's only been in the show five minutes, but by 'eck, she's good.

And Kevin Kennedy - who played the character that most Corrie fans would like to return - Curly Watts, turning up to present the Lifetime Achievement Award to Liz Dawn (Vera Duckworth).

I must download the awards show. I agree, Michelle Keegan is amazing! I really would enjoy Kevin Kennedy's tribute to Liz Dawn as well.

and aside, have you done the voice interview lately (brain fart, website name escapes me at the mo)

Hi tvor, do you mean the podcast? Not in a long while but we're trying to get something going for The Soap Show website so I hope it won't be long.
