Hayley Cropper's red anorak. Where to find it and read all about it

Hayley Cropper's iconic red anorak made its way from Coronation Street to the People's History Museum in Manchester where it was named as one of the museum's ten treasures - see  https://phm.org.uk/collections/ten-treasures/

The People's History Museum tells us that Hayley's anorak is currently on loan and on public display in the National Science and Media Museum’s latest exhibition Switched On until January 2023.

If you'd like to read all about the anorak, and indeed, about Roy and Hayley's wonderful friendship, romance and marriage(s) you can do so in A Perfect Duet.  All royalties from the book go to Pancreatic Research UK.  The book has a foreword written by Julie Hesmondhalgh, who played Hayley in Coronation Street.
