If Graeme buys the butchers (where's he going to get the money?), I do hope he employs Kirk, he's trained, needs a decent job, and I think the two of them would be hilarious together.
I agree about Kirk being trained. However i don't think he was ever that good at it! He's working for the factory now so that must be a fairly decent job. steady work at least.
