Thought we'd seen the last of evil Geoff Metcalfe? Think again! Corrie producer Iain MacLeod tells Inside Soap: "We'll see Geoff again a few times. The conspiracy theories on Twitter aren't true, he's not coming back from the dead for real - but we will have some clever dramatic devices that will employ the talents of Ian Bartholemew." Ian Bartholemew played Geoff on Corrie.
Iain goes on to say that Tim's mum Elaine, played by Paula Wilcox, will be pivotal to Yasmeen's recovery. We'll see a friendship that will be humourous in places."
I'm loving the sound of this, not Geoff returning to haunt Yasmeen, but Elaine and Yasmeen growing close as friends.
