Torchwood's Burn Gorman in Corrie

The vulnerable Zoe was taken in by the Cult of Nirab (another one of those poor soap/cult storylines from the '90s like the one in Brookside featuring that freaky Simon bloke).
Nirab is, of course, an anagram of Brian. For an extra bonus point, who can name the (in)famous Brian the cult was named after?

I agree with Tvor, he played the dastardly Ben Freeman, and lured young Zoe away into the cult.
Oh that is easy, the cult was named after Brian Park the producer at the time!

If i recall, the photo of the cult leader was actually a photo/painting of Brian Park, or thinly disguised. I may be wrong.
