Coronation Street Director Kay Patrick was injured on the Corrie set when a Street stunt went wrong yesterday (Friday 1 May).It's thought that the stunt car's accelarator jammed when a scene was being filmed outside of Jack Duckworth's house and apparantly, some of the cast were in shock and tears. Ms Patrick was taken to hospital with a suspected fractured hip and severe bruising. ITV Health and Safety are investigating.
