The gorgeous Ayesha Dharker, who plays Coronation Street's Tara Mandel, has been interviewed by DNA Now and she talks about her life away from the screen.Ayesha is pictured here with her mum, who is the noted poet, artist and documentary film-maker Imitiaz Dharker. Her father is the writer Anil Dharker and Ayesha admits they're "a family of workaholics."

I sat opposite her on the train from London to Leeds before she joined Corrie. Looks a bit different with her make up on though but!
