The Christmas Day episode should really focus on established characters and families, not newcomers who've only been there 10 weeks.

Don't tell me - Suzie will turn out to be Adam's. How predictable. Yes, it's lots of high drama to attract the viewers now at Xmas. There's no Hilda singing a mournful carol in the Rovers or Billy playing on the piano in the street!
It's funny how no -one plays the piano in the Bailey's house.

I don't think they'd make Alfie motherless at Xmas. I forget when Eva was seeing Nick or Adam. I can only remember her with Aidan, so maybe Suzie being Adam's won't work.
I've just checked on Corriepedia episode recaps which shows that Eva and Adam got together on 20th December 2017 after splitting up with Aiden. However, she had a pregnancy scan on 17th Jan 2018 which showed that she was 17 weeks pregnant so the baby must be Aiden's. However, this can all be forgotten by the writers and Adam can be retconned as the father. After all Adam shouldn't even exist as he was aborted in the past and retconned later as being alive and well!
