Voting closes in the National Television Awards on Friday August 1st. Corrie lost out to EastEnders for best soap and the only prize for our favourite show was Kym Ryder winning Most Popular Newcomer for her role as Michelle Connor. The awards will be shown live on ITV1 in October.
