Congratulations to Jack P Shepherd, who plays Coronation Street's David Platt, and to his girlfriend, Lauren Shippey. Lauren gave birth to a baby girl this morning - Friday 13th February.The official Corrie site says that their daughter does not yet have a name, but mum and baby are doing well.
Also, Wanda Opalinska, who plays factory worker Wicki Dankowska, has given birth to a baby boy called Rafal.

There is some sad news about Kym Marsh's baby though... :(
Yes, I deliberately didn't mention Kym Marsh's sad news. Poor girl had The Sun's front page screaming about it to the nation. She's probably hurt enough without the web going mad on the story too.
They put it on the front page!!!?? Oh dear! How cruel!
