The lovely people at Quality Street have emailed me with details of a great promotion they’re running for Corrie fans in Canada.
Coronation Street fans in Canada are in for a sweet treat this Christmas as they can win one of three trips to the Coronation Street set – how great is that?
They’re also giving away 120 Coronation Street DVD Trivia games.
For more information on how to enter this competition, click here and watch the YouTube video here.
There was an official launch of the promotion last weekend at a Corrie fan party in Ontario and Corrie fan Deborah Cyr has some pictures of the event at her website right here.

Is this just for canadian fans? i'd LOVE to visit the set
Last week at the ping we got a paper with the website and info. On the back it says 'contest is open to all residents of Canada over the age of 13......
We had a fabulous evening last Saturday. It was great having NESTLES & CBC SHOPS attend our ping. Our two favourite streets- Coronation & Quality Streets!!! They were both so generous.
They filmed all night and there will be a segment on Living In Toronto mid October.
The contest is only open to Canadians. You can get more details at www.qualitystreet.ca
Yes, it's only open to Canadian fans in Canada. Which is a real shame for us here in the UK but great news for Canadians! :-)
There's always a catch isn't there? Either you have to be a Canadian resident or you have to spend hundreds of pounds at Harveys or whatever... Here's a good idea... how about they do a competition to find the, say, five biggest Corrie fans in the world and send them to the set? I think that's a good idea...
I agree it would be good if UK fans got the chance to visit the Street too.
