Jayne Hollinson has been writing for Coronation Street since 2001 when her first two episodes were screened consecutively in April of that year.
Before writing for our favourite soap, Jayne also wrote episodes of top telly shows Bad Girls, Family Affairs and Heartbeat. This means that Jayne was no stranger to some Corrie actors such as Jack Ellis (Harry Mason) as he played Jim Fenner in Bad Girls and Barbara Young (Doreen Fenwick) starred in Family Affairs.
If you can help update any of the Corrie writers’ profiles or provide their up to date pics, do please let me know.
