Manchester band The Courteeners are set to cause some commotion on the cobbles, says the NME.David and Tina split up after David's found out hacking into Tina's email account. Then he finds out that The Courteeners are Tina's favourite band and tries to win her back by buying tickets
for a gig by the band.The band's frontman Liam Fray told NME.COM: "'Corrie' is real institution isn't it? So we're proud to get a mention in it, proper impressed. I just wish they'd bring the ghost of Ivy Tilsley back."
Yikes, now there's a scary thought.
