EastEnders are creating TV history, it says here, by having one character feature in a single episode. Now then, I'm no fan of EE but may well tune in just to see how it's done.Anyway, it's got me wondering which Coronation Street character you'd like to see doing the same thing. So, if you could choose just one character to have a whole episode featured around them who would it be? For me, it would have to be Rita.

It has already been done in the 1980s, hasn't it? Hilda Ogden had a whole episode to herself when she was mourning the death of Stan.
