WE SEE DEBBIE’S STRUGGLES THROUGH HER EYES Bernie worries for Debbie as she forgot to pay in the cafe. Debbie breaks the news to Ronnie and Leanne that she needs to cancel the awards ceremony as there’s a flood at the hotel, but Leanne offers to host it at Speed Daal. As Ronnie and Leanne share a laugh, Debbie watches. When Carl tells Abi that they’re meant to be together, they realise Debbie is watching them. Suddenly, Debbie collapses and as she regains consciousness, Kevin and Abi tell her she’s going to hospital. But when Debbie reveals that she already knows what’s wrong and she’s got dementia, how will they react?

Millie tells them that living with her Mum is stressing her out, but when Theo suggests she stays with them a bit longer, will Todd agree? Millie spells out to Todd that all she wants is for her Dad to come home and lead a normal family life and she’ll do whatever it takes. How far will Millie go?

DEE-DEE STRUGGLES BECOME EVIDENT Dee-Dee and James clash over Laila. Is Dee-Dee struggling with having Laila in her life more than she thought?

If Millie really loved her Dad, surely she would show some sympathy over his anxiety and panic attacks? Did she ever do a pregnamcy test for her parents? I bet the hospital visit was a ploy for attention, as she miraculously felt better and didn't need to see a doctor.

The interesting thing about the Todd/Theo storyline is I couldn't care less about any of them. Well, maybe Todd can be saved but sometimes good characters are ruined by the storylines they find themselves in. Peter Barlow was one of these. Corrie characters are much more fun if they are part of a double-act eg: workmates, friends, odd couples. Give Todd a pal so it's not always about his love life.

I agree humpty Dumpty, although George is a good friend to him and has shown warmth, kindness and empathy.
But I'm already getting tired of the Todd and Theo romance saga.
It seems to go round in circles with no resolution.
I think it's going to go on for at least another few months because Millie was ordering a pretend pregnancy bump online, so her pregnancy test must have been false, or it's someone else's positive test... Danielle's, from her night of passion with Jason?
I loved the drag night at the rovers. Events like this, plus karaoke, quizzes, darts and birthday do's will all feature in struggling local boozer.
I couldn't see it being Rita's type of thing though- she'd probably prefer to be tucked up in bed with a mug of cocoa and a Catherine cookson!
Although the drag act must have got their kit changed pretty quickly- one minute, he's a super glam diva in a fancy frock, the next he's a benny from crossroads looks alike supping a pint in the chariot hotel!
By the way, would rough as sandpaper Brody and his pal choose to go boozing in the chariot hotel? It'd be a bit too posh for him, wouldn't it?

I love Todd now and he works well with George, but a straight pal of his own age would be good. I like Theo too, but it's dragging on too long.

Todd's also good friends with Sarah.
I'd like Todd to give Eileen's house a makeover- maybe knock through into Sean's old front room and have it all open plan.
It's too full of clutter and a 40 year old would want a more modern look.
I see the actress who plays Glenda and the actor who plays Adam Barlow have signed up for another year. Good to see that some have decided to stay!

I'm not a fan of drag. Don't really get it. No woman looks like that! But the drag night was better than I expected thanks to Glenda. Though I was expecting the customers to dress up too.
I really hope Danielle isn't the umpteenth character to be pregnant after a one-night stand but I am pretty sure that Millie's parents simply believed her.
Brody in Debbie's hotel was contrived as a trigger for her meltdown. It's the sort of place that would definitely demand ID. He would have gone to a back street boozer where nobody knows him.

I see there's rumours that Bobby has left the street. I think he was only brought in as a family connection to Carla. He didn't really have any good plotlines, did he? Not even a romance, although he was very briefly involved with Lauren. I can't say that I'll miss him. I think jack carol basically played himself.

I think the drag evening was right up Rita's strasse. Don't forget, in her heyday, Rita was queen of Manchester clubland, and she loves a show tune, so what's not like for her?

I don't think it's a rumour, I think it's been confirmed that Jack Carroll's final scenes have been adopted and
