TODD REVEALS A DARKER SIDE Nursing a hangover, Todd heads home to face the wrath of Theo. As he apologises to Theo for staying the night at Billy’s but swears nothing happened, Pete emerges from the bathroom and Todd’s aghast. Has Theo strayed? Theo’s unrepentant, accusing Todd of sneaking around behind his back for days. Todd comes clean about his health scare but when Theo twists the situation and tries to blame Todd, Todd finally snaps and orders him to pack his bags. In the Rovers, Glenda hosts a Mr & Mrs competition. Theo arrives and tells Todd they need to talk, but Todd refuses to engage. As Theo takes a seat, Todd reaches for Glenda’s clipboard, an idea forming.
BECKY GOES POSTAL ABOUT BETSY’S POST When Betsy persuades Becky to model some of her designs for her college project, Lisa can’t help but smile as Becky struts around the lounge. When Lisa joins in, an amused Betsy records the spectacle, uploading it to her socials. Becky’s thrown into panic and points out that people might recognise her.
ABI CONFRONTS KEVIN Having taken a call from the rival garage, Abi tells Roy that she didn’t get the job. Abi barges her way into No.13 and accuses Kevin of sabotaging her chances.
ELSEWHERE Audrey offers Bethany some shifts at the salon doing nails. When Shona takes a call from David informing her that he’s stuck in a lift and won’t make the scan, Shona’s beside herself but Bethany has an idea. Cassie’s hurt as Fiz continues to blank her. But when she finds out from Sally that Carla’s given Fiz the week off to look after Tyrone, she realises that Fiz was lying when she said she had to run a factory errand.

I hope Todd starts standing up for himself.
I liked the scenes between Bethany and Shona, even though I knew it would led up to Bethany working in the salon.
I liked the fashion scenes with Betsy, Lisa and Becky. It was good to see the family having fun, but I wished it was Carla there instead of Becky.
I also liked the Mr and Mrs scenes in the rovers - again, a bit of fun and light didn't do us viewers any harm.
Oh no. How can Todd fall for Theo's manipulation yet again? The storyline may be about coercive control but Todd is too strong a character to succumb. I can't bear much more of this.
As for Cassie, she is a nasty piece of work and only shows her true self to Tracy. It's time Ken realised the truth.
It's too bad Yasmeen isn't here to whisper some words of wisdom to Todd about cohesive control.
Anyone can be the subject of coercive control. The strongest is character can be broken, that's why it's called control
I agree. it's not the first time corrie have tackled this issue. I can remember when Charlie Stubbs locked Shelly in her room at the rovers - but I think it's the first time with a gay couple.
To be honest I'm getting sick of Tracey - nastiness for the sake of nastiness.
