The Navigation Inn in Bugsworth, Derbyshire, formerly owned by actress Pat Phoenix, who played Coronation Street's Elsie Tanner, is up for sale for £124,995.It's a cracking little boozer. I once spent a lovely evening there with a very special man and a bus load of friendly Canadians.
