MARIA CONSIDERS THROWING GARY TO THE WOLVES A struggling Kit is finding parenting Harry a challenge and is pleased when Adam steps in to diffuse a situation in the cafe. Adam offers to help where he can. Meanwhile Maria is putting on a front for the boys but makes it clear to Gary that he has given her no choice and she’ll have to retract the statement she gave the police providing him with a false alibi. Can Gary get her to reconsider? Gary begs Maria to give him another chance and swears that he loves her, not Sarah. Maria’s conflicted and resolves to talk to Sarah.

RYAN TALKS LAUREN DOWN Lauren visits Betsy to find her struggling with her physio exercises. When Betsy admits she needs the loo, Lauren has to escort her. Betsy’s deeply embarrassed.
ELSEWHERE Ben answers a call on Ollie’s phone from the restaurant in Brighton informing him that Ollie’s missed the boat and they’ve already filled the job. Leanne offers Ollie the job of chef at Speed Daal and he gratefully accepts.
