Exhibit A: Aadi visits Lauren in hospital and offers to lend her some money until she's recovered, telling her he likes to look after his friends - rather than he accidentally spiked her drink (TBH, I think Lauren should've just got a new cup - who drinks out of half full glasses at a party with free booze??). Lauren looks suspicious though, she may've been fooled by a) a neo-Nazi group and b) Joel, but poor well-meaning Aadi is suspect. I hope this isn't going to be his leaving storyline.
Exhibit B: Todd tries to get Moaning Millie to fess up to the phantom pregnancy. But you can't kid a kidder and she tells her pops that Todd took her to have an abortion. Riiiight. Now I know abortion is going to be finally decriminalised in the UK, but I don't think you can just rock up and get a drive-thru one. Anyway, after storming out for the 40th time, Theo realises his darling daughter is a fibber and goes back to (fail to) apologise to Todd, who in the meantime has had a session with James, although James wants it to be a tongue-tickling session, which Todd turns down and fesses up to Theo, who makes out it's the same thing as Millie's many falsehoods. So many red flags here, Toddster - Theo's abs are not worth it! The errant scaffolder stomps off to number 3 to warn off James. I hope we're not going to have another coercive control storyline here, or given Theo's temper, a domestic violence storyline.
On the subject of James, I wish TPTB would send him off to a dialect coach. Not there's anything wrong with a Midlands accent (hello, Peter Barlow) but he is supposed to be Mancunian. David N, Ali K and Sue N all have a different accent to their characters, perhaps they could share some tips?
Exhibit C: Deedee wants to get Laila christened because her "faith is very important" to her. She doesn't seem to see that James's atheism is very important to him?? She goes behind his back and lies to the Arch Deacon saying that James is cool with an emergency christening. To be fair, Laila probably needs all the help she can get given her genetic inheritance from Joel.
Exhibit D: Our Kev sees a text from Creepy Carl on Abbeh's phone and storms off to the garage where later on Abi does something (don't ask me to explain it) to a car and blames Carl in an attempt to get rid of him. Kev sees on the garage CCTV that it was Abi who deliberately made the error and calls her out, but she lies to him about her and Carl's relationship, telling him that Carl says creepy things to her in the name of bantz. Carl then objects to being made out to be a sex pest. If it walks like a duck, swims like a duck, then it probably is a sex pest, Carl!
Exhibit E: Cassie tells Sally she likes her Edwardian blouse, which is from an exclusive boutique in Wilmslow (Hoopers?) This must be a lie. Later on Steve apologises to Cassie, saying that he's not falling her and he's not in love. Oh, Steve.

Did any notice the goof in the hospital scene where Lauren called Aadi Dylan? I suppose it happens, but should be checked before airing, right?

No, I didn't notice that. I suppose they'd cover it by saying she's still woozy and not herself.
I'm getting fed up of Theo and Millie the minx. Why is she hanging about at Todd's and not her brother as well?
It'd be interesting to see how Theo's son has taken the news that his dad is gay but strangely, he's not on our radar.
I think Todd would be better off with James bailey.
George needs to move out of of Eileen's, now that it's become a love nest for Theo and Todd.
Who has taken over Eileen's role at Streetcars?
Jenny's looking for a job, so why doesn't she apply? Dylan is also unemployed and maybe Gemma could fit it in around her shift in the rovers. Maybe Bernie could do it?
I'm also fed up of the Abi, Kev and Carl love triangle. Carl is a bland character with no redeeming features. He wasn't mentioned by either Kev or Debbie an seemingly landed from nowhere.
So many of the cast have left (we've just lost Craig and Bobby) so I suppose they are hanging on to any actor/ actress who wants to stay.
Soon to go are Lou, Mick, Aadi and Billy. Bring back Linda and Elaine!
Is Todd really this desperate? Theo should get chucked and forgotten until he can get his life in order. Todd deserves better.
I was rooting for Todd and Theo until his jealous, devious and violent side was revealed. James Bailey is a better option though a bit young? At least he's a decent person.
A pity James didn't agree to Laila being christened. He thinks it will do no good, but it will do no harm either. Though Deedee is in the wrong to go behind his back.
