This week's Steve McDonald gurn is a Corrie retro gurn, sent in to the blog by Canadian fan Diane. Clearly showing signs of Coronation Street gurn-ism back in 1995, Steve McGurn was captured here in a scene where he was arrested for possessing stolen whisky on Christmas Day.
Steve McDonald has been voted the nation's favourite soap character. In a poll conducted by The People and YouGov, Coronation Street's Steve McDonald beat off the competition to become king of the soaps.
The sensational Steve McDonald hasn't been in Coronation Street much this week so there's no gurn to blog. However, let's not be put off by something as simple as that and go for a gurning blast from the past.
