It's a comic strip of some of the classic Coronation Street characters in The Beano and it's from 1992.

Corrie's Jack P Shepherd & Alexandra Mardell immortalised in The Beano

Today, the National Television Awards announced their shortlist. The shortlist was revealed in Dundee today and The Beano, who operate from the city, posted a tribute to the awards.

They even immortalised Jack P Shepherd for his shortlist nomination in the Best Serial Drama Performance as David Platt in Coronation Street and Alexandra Mardell for her shortlist nomination as Best Newcomer as Emma Brooker in Corrie too.
