Corrie actors past and present including Sally Dynevor (Sally Webster), Julie Hesmondhalgh (Hayley Cropper), Antony Cotton (Sean Tully), Graeme Hawley (John Stape), Anne Reid (Valerie Barlow) and Charles Dale (Dennis Stringer) will be joining the Cabaret for Cancer charity night at Manchester's Royal Exchange on Sunday 11 March.
Other TV stars including Jane Horrocks (Ab Fab) and Dean Andrews (Life on Mars) will there too, and it's all to raise funds for The Christie, the Genesis Foundation in Manchester and Beechwood Cancer Care in Stockport.
The evening has been organised by actress Morag Siller, best known for BBC1's Casualty and ITV's Ladies of Letters. She was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer after filming Eternal Law last year.
Live music comes from Jackie Clune, Steven Wilkie, Ian Buckle, comedian Kate Robbins, actor Kieran Cunningham, Eimear Bradley, and actor Ian Bartholomew, twenty children from Salford’s Stagecoach and The Manchester School of Samba and Manchester Light Orchestra. Magician Peter Moran will also be performing.
The ticket price of £35 includes free wine and buffet. doors open at 4.30pm, the live show starts at 5pm.
