"You do work much harder in a soap, because the episode turnover is just horrific, but I'd never say no because something interesting might come up. It's not suitable for every actor, soap stuff - you have to have a certain sort of memory for the quick intake of lines, and I don't know how some of them do it. But then lovely Nigel Havers (who plays Lewis Archer), he absolutely adores Corrie, because he loves doing things that quickly."
Sian played the part of Sally Spode in Emmerdale but I remember her best for her wonderful role as Sydney Henshall in the BBC drama Cutting It.

Thanks for that, I have seen her in the trailer for that daft programme with Sally Lindsay and I just couldnt place her - Sally Spode indeed!
Well I for one certainly wouldn't want her in Corrie, I think she over acts to the enth degree. No thank you!
