Julie Goodyear - aka the iconic Bet Lynch - is settling in nicely to the Celebrity Big Brother house, and cracks are beginning to show in the house ambiance already.
Julie and former Eastender Cheryl Fergison have struck up a friendship since their secret mission on the first evening, and Cheryl confided in Julie that she sees her as a good friend in the house. Cheryl said she’d had a preconceived image of Julie being a demanding diva, but in reality this had been far from the case.
Julie then acted as confidante to Simon Cowell’s ex and general Z-lister Jasmine Lennard, who was nominated for eviction by her fellow housemates, and coaxed her through an emotional diary room discussion.
Julie quoted iconic actress Bette Davis in tonight's BB saying: "Old age is no place for sissies," after she had a Tena Lady moment when she sneezed. She's not a shrinking violet, our Julie. What you see is most defintely what you get, whether you like it or not.

Tune in tonight from 9pm on Channel 5 to see Julie in the latest instalment of CBB.

I think she is being herself and she is quite a character but omg she looks so rough! A bit of make up whilst you are on national tv wouldnt go amiss.
i agree she looks dog rough, but she has never been afraid to be seen without her slap even on corrie. i almost wet myself laughing when she sneezed and nearly wet herself. i think the real julie is an earth mother, as down to earth as you could be with a kind heart. we haven't seen the diva come out yet.
