I think Julie can be OTT at times but I generally like her and glad that she is getting a storyline. Although I was sort of pining for a Tyrone/Maria reunion. I loved their scenes after the tram crash.
I agree that Julie can be very OTT and she is a litle old for Tyrone but hey why not, they could be good for each other.
On Digital Spy a Corrie source has said that "there's not much truth to this particular rumour".

Whether it happens or not, Julie is such a great dresser. Think about how incredible her wedding ensemble would be.
Could be fun to see these 2 together, and it could bring some needed laughs. I enjoy Jule's retro look, but she dresses like that all the time and it looks like fancy dress costumes. I don't think I've ever seen her in anything else. Might have more impact if she did it only sometimes. And has anyone in Weatherfield ever mentioned the way she dresses? It just goes sort of unacknowledged.

would also like to see a maria/ty reunion shes much more mature now and can see tyrone for the caring man he is
