Pooja will play a character called DC Moore, who will investigate a situation involving Tracy Barlow. She has already begun filming her scenes and is due to appear in eight episodes. Pooja played Kareena Ferreira in EastEnders and you may also recognise her from the film Bend it like Beckham. She has also appeared in the TV series Doctors, The Bill and Holby City.
