Craig Charles is all over the place these days. He's in Corrie, of course, as cabbie Llloyd Mullaney and he's in the new series of Red Dwarf too as well as his gig on BBC Radio 6 with the funkin' brilliant soul and funk show. He even gave a shout out (I know all the DJ lingo, me) to Flaming Nora and Sunny Jim one sunny day last summer.
Anyway, Craig will be spinning discs from his BBC6 show's vinyl collection at the Kendal Calling Festival. It runs from July 31 to August 2 in Lowther Deer Park. Tickets and more information are here.
Craig's autobiography will be on sale soon. It's called, ahem, On the Rocks.
