News just in from the lovely people at brewers JW Lees is that the new Coronation Street ale will soon be on sale in pubs up and down the country, not just in Manchester. JW Lees & Co will distribute the new Corrie draft ale throughout its chain of UK pubs starting this month.
William Lees-Jones, Managing Director, told the Coronation Street blog: “We’re delighted to have signed this deal. Coronation Street is one of the most famous streets in the world. With our shared Manchester heritage, we’re excited to be teaming up with them to provide a premium quality draft ale which will be as complex and robust as a good Corrie plot line.”
By 'eck, let's just hope that froth on the top isn't soap suds.
