There's a gorgeous gallery on the Manchester Evening News website of Coronation Street stars past and present.  They came together at Manchester’s Hilton Hotel last night  for a gala dinner to celebrate the success of a 50th anniversary week to remember.

Alan Halsall, who plays Tyrone Dobbs, said: "I'd like to say thanks to people for watching, and I hope they’ve enjoyed it over the years."

Producer Phil Collinson said: "We just hope the fans have enjoyed this week. The response has been amazing."
