Toyah complains to Nick that she has terrible stomach pains and he is shocked when he returns home from work to find her in agony on the floor. He takes her to the hospital and as he and Leanne wait at her bedside the doctor has some shocking news.
A depressed Bernie confides in Dev about the difficulties she is having with Paul and Gemma and trying to get her family together. On the street, Beth flirts with Kit and is stunned when he reveals that he’s Gemma’s brother and Bernie’s his mum.
Steve enlists Tim’s help to try and cover his tracks after his and Cassie’s antics at the Tommy O bust unveiling. But Debbie soon rumbles them, will they be able to talk their way out of this one?
Elsewhere Yasmeen, Nina and Shona agree that they need to come up with something to lift Roy out of his depression and get him out of the flat. Bethany shows the company credit card statement from Lazaret to Shona who spots a supermarket transaction and suggests it might have been a ‘click and collect’ and she should phone them in case there’s some CCTV footage.

Gee Whizz - someone's stolen Beffanee's credit card (why didn't the magazine just cancel it when she left? Why is it still active?) - wonder who could have stolen it? Someone who lost their job for rummaging through her handbag and disappeared shortly afterwards, perhaps? About as obvious as Toyah being pregnant.
Can nobody keep a secret? Leanne blabs about Toyah's pregnancy to Rowan, of all people. Great opportunity for him to blackmail Nick, as he knows about the one-night stand.
Nick "confides" in David who has barely forgiven Nick for sleeping with Kylie years ago. He's bound to tell Shona and be overheard by Max? Lily? Gail? Audrey? everyone in the café?
Do Beth and Craig really think that Kit can get dim Craig (who was a good character before becoming a cop) into CID if they put pressure on him?
It makes sense for Lauren to be using Bethany's credit card. What else could she have been living on since disappearing? The fact that most purchases were from supermarkets is a big clue. Though if she's been watching the news and wants to save Roy she should have come back when he was accused of murder!

The pregnancy was a given, just surprised how quickly it came about. Apparently the baby isn't going to be Nicks! Rowan?
