Catherine Tyldesley, who plays Eva Price on Coronation Street, presents a special programme tonight on ITV1.

Diet Fact, Diet Fiction? is a special ITV Tonight documentary which airs at 8pm between the two Coronation Street episodes.

Having managed to drop from a size 22 to a size 12, Catherine attempts to seperate dieting facts from the myths.
