There's snowball fights, snow machines, a fight between Tina and Kylie, a few words from the special effects coordinator,

They seem to be filming on the new outdoor set even though they are not officially moving til January. So if they shot the christmas eps in October they must have used the new exterior set at that time.
No Barrie, that's the 'old' set.
