The annual treat for overseas Corrie fans - the World of Coronation Street Tour - is back in 2014. From The World of Coronation Street: "Over the years Corrie fans from all over Canada and from as far afield as Australia and New Zealand have joined us in a common bond to join our Corrie family, and of course have lifetime memories as a result.
This year's tour highlights in our first week include a group visit to the NEW STUDIOS at Media City in Manchester, a dinner with a special guest and a private group dinner with a surprise STAR!
Our second week's highlights will include an afternoon group visit to Downton Abbey.
Tour includes airfare from Toronto and special add-on fares are available from various Canadian cities. Almost all inclusive 15 days-13nights -25meals and sightseeing all included."

I know that UK fans will read this blog post and leave comments along the lines of "Why aren't there organised tours for UK fans to visit the Street set, meet the cast and have dinner with a surprise star?".... and I can only agree that there should be and I truly wish there were....
